Special case C19 to C14

If the connected consumer actually draws the current of 16A (or at least more than 10A) permitted for the C19, this can lead to unforeseeable consequences, such as short circuits and damage to the connected technical equipment. Furthermore, in this scenario there is also a risk of fire and personal injury (electric shock).
